"I have to write and let you know about a miracle that happened in my house on the weekend. I was babysitting my three year old granddaughter and for lunch I had some of your Junior sausage rolls. I am not a lover of pies/sausage rolls but I love your curried pies and we sometimes have a family one with vegies after football. I dished up our lunch on Saturday and to my family's absolute amazement I actually ate the pastry around the sausage roll!. Why was this so amazing you might ask? The answer is that normally if I have a sausage roll I peel off the pastry and only eat the meat part. I absolutely loved every morsel of my lunch and my beautiful Georgia also enjoyed hers.
I hope you never change this wonderful pastry recipe you use on your pies and sausage rolls.
