What to Expect On 20th September 2026:
We’re staging what will be the largest pie eating competition Australia’s ever seen – live at Coogee Bay Hotel on 20th September 2026.
Picture a heaving beer garden at one of Sydney’s most iconic pubs, packed wall-to-wall with punters, VIPs, media, and a stacked lineup of influencers.
Beyond the pies, this is about celebrating Australia.
Garlo’s is 25 years old this year and still proudly Aussie owned and family run, while many well-known pie brands are now foreign owned. This event is our way of backing our pies, Australian culture, and other Aussie businesses jumping in on the day.

Public Division
