If frozen, keep below -18⁰C. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at or below 5⁰C and use within 14 days. Product not suitable for re-freezing once thawed.
Heating Instructions:
Convection Oven (Preferred)
Preheat oven to 175°C.
If Frozen heat for 35 – 45 mins.
If Refrigerated heat for 20 – 25 mins or until thoroughly hot before eating.
Microwave oven (800 watt)
Remove from bag and foil tray. Wrap pie in paper towel.
If frozen heat on high for 5 mins. If refrigerated heat on high for 90 secs. To make pastry crispier, after microwaving, remove paper towel, return to foil tray and place on baking tray in convection oven for 4 mins at 200°C.
